The architecture and ambiance makes the Historic Gulfport Casino Ballroom one of the most unique ballroom dance venues in the area. Within walking distance of many downtown restaurants, shops, boutiques, & art studios, the 10,000 square foot Gulfport Casino Ballroom, overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay, is only a few steps away from the white sand beaches of Gulfport, Florida. The bar standardly utilizes disposable containers. Our bar is easily customized to fit your needs & budget. You may have a certain budget that you are able to spend, and convert it to a cash bar after that. You may choose to host certain items of the bar, such as beer, wine, sodas & perhaps well brand mixed drinks & have your guests pay for top shelf, for one example. You may host the entire bar for the entire duration of the party, or you may opt for a cash bar, or many other options in between. There are a variety of ways to set up the bar for your party. Domestic beer is $3 imported beer is $4 wine is $4 well brand cocktails are $5, and top shelf cocktails range from $6-$10. Bottled water and assorted juices are $2. Our bar prices range from $1 fountain drinks to $10 top shelf liquors. If there is a particular brand of liquor (not currently stocked by the Casino) that you would like to offer your guests, you may speak with the Casino Supervisor about special ordering it for your party.

The Casino Ballroom has a full bar, and the liquor license we have does not permit any alcohol to be brought in by private parties, lessees, caterers, etc. No soda or bottled water may be brought in, as the Casino bar has fountain sodas and bottled water available for sale. Caterers may bring in coffee, tea, pitchers of water, and a non-alcoholic non-food dye punch, if you choose. You may bring in the caterer of your choice. The “event fee” pays for two bartenders for the duration of your party, Casino Event Staff to set up/break down your tables & chairs, and use of our catering kitchen. Final determination on uses of the Cultural Facilities remains with the management of the Cultural Facilities.

All uses of the Cultural Facilities are considered tentative until the rental agreement is completed and the deposit is received. Should another client request the same date, the original client will be given two working days to exercise right of first refusal or submit a completed rental agreement and appropriate deposit.

The Cultural Facilities will tentatively hold a facility date for 30 days (can be approximate), during which time the prospective renter must complete and return the rental request agreement.
